Demonstrate a consistent commitment to excellence in human safety, insurance, and hazard management to safeguard human life and health as well as physical property and the environment. Deliver a courteous, pleasant and positive attitude in providing extraordinary service to all customers, coworkers and others ensuring open lines of communication. Operate various types of mobile equipment after participating in facility specific and mobile specific training. Routinely transport product in an effective manner, meeting customer service efficiency and quality standards. Responsible for loading and unloading supplies and materials through the use of production machinery and heavy equipment. Perform both pre-trip and post-trip inspections and follow all procedures in regards to reporting inspection results. Complete and process proper documentation and paperwork as required. Accurately and legibly complete all driving logs, trip reports, expense reports, invoices and other documentation. Develop a basic knowledge of company products, services, policies and procedures. Complete routine cleaning and maintains safe and orderly work areas throughout location/facility. Administer basic mechanical maintenance in plant and on equipment, under supervisor’s guidance. Perform vehicle inspections to verify a good working order, process inspection paperwork, report any repairs needed, and maintain professional condition of assigned vehicles. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Education & Experience High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Know and abide by the driving laws and regulations in designated states and maintain licensure in good standing. Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Entry level = no experience required Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver’s license Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), required Class A classification, required Hazardous materials and/or tanker endorsement, a plus Additional Skills: Basic math skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Understand verbal and written instructions in English Working Conditions Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds. Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet. Works in varying weather conditions and temperatures. Working conditions could include: dust, fumes and noise.
